color: rgb(153, 0, 0);font-family:arial;" &gt;ELABORACIÓN:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Para realizar esta receta lo primero que tenemos que hacer es partir la carne (pollo, magro y jamón) en tacos pequeños.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;La verdura también tenemos que piarla en trozos pequeños.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Empezamos poniendo cuatro cucaradas de aceite en la paellera y friendo el pollo y el lomo hasta que esté dorado. A continuación añadir el jamón junto a los ajos picados y dar unas vueltas con cuidado de no quemar el ajo ni el jamón.&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Posteriormente añadir y rehogar todas las verduras junto a las carnes. (La cebolla se rehoga con las verduras).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Cuando este rehogado todo añadir el tomate triturado y dar unas vueltas.&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Finalmente poner el arroz junto con el colorante y el pimentón y rehogar un minuto. Poner la sal necesaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Añadir dos partes de agua por una de arroz y cocer 17 minutos, los primeros 3 minutos a fuego fuerte y el resto a fuego lento. Contrariamente a lo que se dice, si falta agua durante la cocción se puede añadir la necesaria siempre que esté hirviendo.
